Accessibility Statement

This is a convenience translation of the German original. The German legal regime (BFSG) applies to the operator; this English page exists for navigational parity and does not assert that BFSG applies to non-German visitors.

Scope

This statement covers the following digital offerings of Nexmori, operated by Philipp Humburg:

  • the marketing homepage (website) at nexmori.com;
  • the Nexmori iOS app (not yet distributed via TestFlight — this statement will be updated with the first publicly reachable build).

Legal basis

The relevant German law is the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG), in force since 28 June 2025. § 14 BFSG requires service providers of certain B2C online services to publish an accessibility statement.

Nexmori falls under the micro-enterprise exemption of § 3 Abs. 3 BFSG (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover or balance-sheet total below €2 M). The service is operated as a secondary trade by a single natural person; both thresholds are met by a wide margin. This statement is therefore published voluntarily, to provide transparency about the current accessibility posture, and not in fulfilment of an obligation under § 14 BFSG.

Current accessibility posture

The website uses semantic HTML, correct per-language lang attributes, aria-label attributes on navigation elements, and keyboard-reachable focus states. Links and form fields are labelled; the colour theme aims for adequate contrast.

A full audit against WCAG 2.x AA has not been performed; conformance with WCAG is explicitly not asserted. This statement describes the actual posture of the site, not a conformance claim.

The self-assessment was performed on the date shown at the top of this page. Future changes to the service may require an update; the date will then be refreshed accordingly.
